Welcome to 8pkr (referred to throughout these Terms as "8pkr", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). 8pkr operates as an English-language online betting and gaming information platform serving users in the Pakistan market and internationally.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 8pkr, governing your access to and use of the 8pkr website located at https://8pkr.cam, including all content, functionality, services and features offered on or through the Platform.

8pkr is an informational and educational platform. All content published on this Platform is for general information and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal, financial, investment or gambling advice. 8pkr does not directly operate a licensed gambling service in Pakistan and does not claim that online gambling is licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution.

• "User" / "you" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses or otherwise uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user profile created by a User on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Content" — refers to all text, images, graphics, data, information, educational guides, promotional materials, betting guides, game descriptions and other material published on the Platform.
• "Operator" — refers to any third-party licensed gambling operator to which the Platform may provide informational references or links.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional offer, welcome bonus, free spins, cashback, reload bonus or other incentive discussed in informational content on the Platform.
• "PKR" — refers to Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan, used in illustrative examples throughout Platform content.

These Terms apply to all Users regardless of whether they have created a registered Account. Certain features and services on the Platform may require Account registration; additional terms may apply to specific features and will be clearly indicated at the point of access.

By using the Platform, you further represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction applicable to you;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a Prohibited User as defined in these Terms.

To register for and maintain an Account on the 8pkr Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator's license jurisdiction. 8pkr strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age eligibility cannot be verified.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must ensure that accessing the Platform and, if applicable, participating in online gambling activities, is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is strictly prohibited are not eligible to register or use the Platform for gambling-related purposes.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated Accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
• Not a Prohibited User: You must not be a Prohibited User as defined in these Terms, including individuals who have been self-excluded or who are subject to third-party exclusion programmes.

Where the Platform permits Account registration, you agree to provide the following during the registration process:

• A valid and current email address that you control;
• A unique username that does not infringe any third-party rights;
• A secure password of sufficient complexity as required by the Platform;
• Any additional information that may be required for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 8pkr shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify 8pkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Until such notification is received, all activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

8pkr reserves the right to refuse Account registration, or to suspend or terminate an existing Account, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons, where it determines that a User does not meet eligibility requirements or has violated these Terms.

As a User of the 8pkr Platform, you accept full responsibility for your own conduct and actions while using the Platform. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Specifically, you agree that you will:

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances in your jurisdiction, including any laws relating to online gambling;
• Provide accurate and truthful information in all interactions with the Platform, including during registration, KYC processes and support communications;
• Not attempt to circumvent any access restrictions, security features or technical measures implemented by 8pkr;
• Not use the Platform for any purpose that is fraudulent, deceptive, harmful or otherwise unlawful;
• Not engage in any behaviour that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform or its infrastructure;
• Respect the intellectual property rights of 8pkr and any third parties whose content may appear on the Platform;
• Not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from Platform Content without express written consent from 8pkr.

You acknowledge that 8pkr provides informational content only and that any gambling decisions you make based on that content are entirely your own responsibility. 8pkr expressly disclaims liability for any financial losses, damages or consequences arising from your gambling activities.

The 8pkr Platform publishes educational information relating to deposit methods and payment options that may be available through third-party gambling operators. The following provisions apply to the extent that deposit and payment functionality is made available through the Platform:

• Funding Methods: Payment methods that may be referenced on the Platform as context for Pakistani users include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), debit/credit cards and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). These references are for informational context only and do not constitute an endorsement of, or guarantee of availability from, any listed provider.
• Verification of Availability: Users must independently verify which deposit methods are available in the cashier of any operator they choose to use. 8pkr makes no representation that any specific payment method is available or will remain available.

• Creating multiple Accounts or using any circumvention method to bypass single-account restrictions;

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, systems or networks connected to the Platform;
• Introducing malware, viruses, ransomware or any harmful code into the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity through or in connection with the Platform;
• Reproducing, copying, selling or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform Content without prior written authorisation from 8pkr;
• Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation or relationship with any third party while using the Platform;
• Using the Platform in any manner that disrupts, damages or impairs the experience of other users.

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, data compilations and other material published on the 8pkr Platform ("Platform Content") are the intellectual property of 8pkr or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 8pkr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or transmit Platform Content without express written authorisation;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works from Platform Content;
• Use Platform Content for any commercial purpose;
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks or copyright notices contained in Platform Content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content is a material breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, for which 8pkr reserves all rights and remedies.

The 8pkr Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8pkr expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any Content published on the Platform;
• Any warranty that the Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations;
• Any warranty regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the Platform or any information contained therein.

8pkr makes no representation that the Content on this Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Platform is permitted under the laws applicable in their location.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8pkr, its directors, officers, employees, agents and content providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities;
• Financial losses arising from gambling activities undertaken following use of the Platform;
• Damages arising from reliance on any information, content or educational material published on the Platform;
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or Account;
• Damages arising from any third-party operator's acts, omissions or service failures;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform access.

8pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be treated exclusively as a form of entertainment and must never be viewed as a source of income or a method to recover financial losses.

As a condition of using this Platform, all Users acknowledge and accept the following responsible gambling principles:

• Adults Only: The Platform is strictly for users aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction. Minors must not access this Platform under any circumstances.

8pkr reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• The User is found to be a minor or otherwise ineligible under the Account Eligibility provisions;
• Suspicious activity, fraud or money laundering is suspected in connection with the Account;
• Account activity poses a risk to the integrity, security or legal compliance of the Platform;
• Applicable law or regulatory requirements necessitate Account closure or restriction;
• The User has requested self-exclusion or Account closure.

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting 8pkr support. Upon Account termination, your licence to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply following Account closure.

8pkr reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform functionality, operational practices or any other relevant circumstances.

Where material changes are made to these Terms, 8pkr will endeavour to notify registered Users through available communication channels (such as email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform). However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version of these Terms came into effect. Prior versions of these Terms may be requested from 8pkr support.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws as determined by 8pkr's operational jurisdiction.

8pkr does not represent that the Platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling or related informational content is restricted should seek independent legal advice before accessing the Platform.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 8pkr to seek resolution informally. 8pkr will endeavour to address disputes through good-faith negotiation within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this clause prevents 8pkr from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legal rights or intellectual property.
